Política de privacidad

Este documento se aplica a la app «Munteva TD». Munteva TD es desarrollado y publicado por Anıl Erdoğan bajo la marca JARESTA.

About this policy

Munteva TD (the “game”) is a tower-defense game for Android, developed and published by Anıl Erdoğan under the JARESTA brand. JARESTA is a studio and publisher brand, not a separate legal entity. Anıl Erdoğan is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what information the game and the services it uses may process, why, who else is involved and what choices you have. It is an information notice, not a request for your consent. Where the law requires consent, for example for personalised advertising, it is requested through the consent form that Google shows in the game.

Summary

  • The game has no user-account system, no sign-in, and no backend or cloud-save service operated by us.
  • Your campaign progress and settings are stored in a local save on your device.
  • The only ads are optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. The game has no banner ads, no interstitial ads and no in-app purchases.
  • The Google advertising and consent software is part of the game and may communicate with Google over the internet, whether or not you choose to watch an ad.
  • Unity’s own diagnostics, analytics and crash-reporting features are turned off in the game, but we do not promise that no technical information is ever exchanged, because the game runs on the Unity engine and on the Android platform.

Information stored on your device

The game stores your campaign progress, stars, experience (XP), Endless mode statistics, reward and attempt state, tutorial state and your music and sound-effect preferences in a local save on your device. This information is not linked to your name or email address, because the game has no account system. The game does not send this local data to a server operated by us.

Android backup

The game does not turn off Android’s platform backup. Depending on your device and your Google or Android backup configuration, Android may therefore back up eligible app data, such as the game’s local save, to your Google account and restore it on a new or reset device.

That backup is performed by Google and Android under your own device settings. It is not a cloud-save service of ours: the game does not upload or read the backup, and we do not operate or receive it. You can manage it in your device’s backup settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to offer rewarded ads in two places: Battle Supply and Last Defense. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice.

Showing an ad is optional, but the Google Mobile Ads software is built into the game. It may communicate with Google over the internet, for example to prepare ads, whether or not you later choose to watch one.

Google may process information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and how you interact with ads, to deliver, measure and secure ads and, where permitted, to personalise them. Google acts under its own privacy policy.

Consent and advertising ID

The game uses Google’s consent tooling (User Messaging Platform, UMP). Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Google’s consent form is shown and your choice is stored on your device by that software. Google’s consent tooling may itself communicate with Google to find out whether a form is required.

You can reset your advertising ID, delete it, or opt out of ads personalisation in your Android device settings.

Diagnostics and Unity services

The game is built with the Unity engine. In the game’s settings, Unity engine diagnostics, Unity Analytics, Unity Crash Reporting, Unity Performance Reporting, Unity Ads and Unity In-App Purchasing are turned off, and the game does not use Unity Gaming Services. The game’s Unity project may remain linked to a Unity account for development; that link is not an analytics feature of the game.

These are the settings we control. Like any app, the game also depends on the Android operating system, Google Play services and the Unity engine, which perform technical processing as part of running apps. We do not promise that no technical information is ever exchanged by them.

Accounts, purchases and cloud services

  • The game does not create or require an account, and we do not operate an account system for it.
  • The game has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or premium currency.
  • We do not operate a backend or a cloud-save service for the game.

Why we use information

  • to run the game and keep your progress and settings on your device;
  • to show optional rewarded ads and give the rewards you choose;
  • to answer your support or privacy requests; and
  • to meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.

Service providers and their privacy information

These providers process information under their own policies. We have no control over their practices beyond how we configure the game.

How long information is kept

  • On your device: local information stays on your device until you uninstall the game or delete its data. If Android backup is on, copies may exist in that backup, which you and Google control.
  • On our side: we do not operate a server that stores your gameplay data, so we hold no gameplay data to keep or delete. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and as needed to meet legal obligations. We have not set a fixed period.
  • Service providers: Google keeps information according to its own policies and settings. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete information that Google holds independently of the game.

International processing

Our service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including outside Türkiye, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, under the safeguards and terms of each provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information about you, such as the right to know whether it is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent that you gave. These include rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Because the app has no accounts and we do not hold your gameplay data, we often cannot identify you from information held by service providers, and we may ask for details to verify a request. To make a request, write to support@jaresta.com. For information that a provider holds, you can also use the provider’s own privacy tools and contact options.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please write to support@jaresta.com and we will deal with it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, for example by keeping game data on your device and by using established providers for ads and, where applicable, purchases. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
