Nisabba

About this policy

Nisabba (the “app”) is a word puzzle game for iOS, developed and published by Anıl Erdoğan under the JARESTA brand. JARESTA is a studio and publisher brand, not a separate legal entity. Anıl Erdoğan is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what information the app and the services it uses may process, why, who else is involved and what choices you have. It is an information notice, not a request for your consent. Where the law requires consent, for example for personalised advertising, it is requested through the consent prompts that Google and Apple show in the app.

Summary

  • Nisabba does not ask you to create an account or sign in.
  • We do not operate a server that stores your game progress. Your progress and preferences are stored on your device.
  • The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob: full-screen ads between games and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch.
  • An optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is processed by Apple, and RevenueCat manages the purchase status. We never receive your payment card details.
  • The app sends crash and error reports to Sentry so that we can fix problems.
  • Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Sentry and Expo each process some information under their own privacy policies, linked below.

Information stored on your device

The app stores the following in local storage on your device: your puzzle progress, your profile choices (such as a display name and avatar), your settings (such as language), your Joker balance and records of rewards you received, and a randomly generated installation identifier used inside the app. This information is not linked to your name or email address, because the app has no account system. We do not receive this local data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Nisabba uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show interstitial ads (full-screen ads between games) and rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice and can give you a free Joker. The Remove Ads purchase removes interstitial ads only; rewarded ads remain available because you choose them.

To request and show ads, the Google Mobile Ads software communicates with Google over the internet. Google may process information such as your device’s IP address, device and app information, the advertising identifier (when you allow it) and how you interact with ads, to deliver, measure and secure ads and, where permitted, to personalise them. Google acts under its own privacy policy. We configure ad requests so that the app is not treated as child-directed and ad content is limited to a general-audience level.

Your advertising and privacy choices

  • Apple’s tracking prompt: on iOS the app asks whether it may use your device’s advertising identifier. If you decline, the game works in the same way and ads can still appear, but the advertising identifier is not made available to the ad software. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
  • Google’s consent form: where required, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app shows Google’s consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested. Where privacy options are required, the Packages screen in the app offers a button to review or change your choice.
  • Device settings: you can also limit ads personalisation and reset your advertising identifier in your iOS settings.

Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

The only purchase in this version is the one-time, non-consumable “Remove Ads” purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details, and we do not receive your Apple ID.

RevenueCat helps us manage purchases and entitlements. For this it processes an anonymous app user identifier created for your installation, purchase and entitlement information such as whether Remove Ads is active, and technical information that is part of normal internet communication, such as your IP address and device and app information. We do not give RevenueCat your name or email address. You can restore a previous purchase from the Packages screen.

Crash and error reports (Sentry)

The app is set up to send crash and error reports to Sentry. A report may contain the type of error and a message that the app cleans on your device before sending (for example by removing email-like text, tokens and file paths), a stack trace showing where the error occurred, the device model and operating system version, the app version and release information, the environment and a timestamp. We configure Sentry not to collect names, email addresses, user accounts, screenshots, session recordings or activity trails.

Because reports are sent over the internet, Sentry’s servers also receive technical connection information such as an IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived. We have configured Sentry to limit this, but we do not promise that such information is never present. Sentry acts under its own privacy policy.

App update checks (Expo)

The app can contact Expo’s update service to check whether an update is available. Expo may receive technical information such as your IP address, platform and app version. Expo acts under its own privacy policy.

Why we use information

  • to run the game and keep your progress and settings on your device;
  • to show ads, give rewards and keep the free version of the game available;
  • to offer, process and restore the Remove Ads purchase;
  • to find and fix crashes and errors and to keep the app secure;
  • to answer your support or privacy requests; and
  • to meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.

Service providers and their privacy information

These providers process information under their own policies. We have no control over their practices beyond how we configure the app.

How long information is kept

  • On your device: local information stays on your device until you delete the app or its data. If you back up your device, copies may exist in that backup, which you and Apple control.
  • On our side: we do not operate a server that stores your gameplay data, so we hold no gameplay data to keep or delete. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and as needed to meet legal obligations. We have not set a fixed period.
  • Service providers: Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Sentry and Expo keep information according to their own policies and settings. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete information that these providers hold independently of the app.

International processing

Our service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including outside Türkiye, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, under the safeguards and terms of each provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information about you, such as the right to know whether it is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent that you gave. These include rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Because the app has no accounts and we do not hold your gameplay data, we often cannot identify you from information held by service providers, and we may ask for details to verify a request. To make a request, write to support@jaresta.com. For information that a provider holds, you can also use the provider’s own privacy tools and contact options.

Children

Nisabba is a general-audience word game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please write to support@jaresta.com and we will deal with it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, for example by cleaning diagnostic reports on your device before they are sent and by using established providers for ads, purchases and diagnostics. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
