To help us look into a problem, please include: the game version, your Android version, your device model, what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords or any other secret.

Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional and appear in Battle Supply and Last Defense. They need an internet connection.
Watch the ad until it finishes before closing it; if an ad does not load, wait a moment and try again later.
Sometimes no ad is available to show at a given moment. This is a condition of the ad service, not a problem with your device.
If you watched a full rewarded ad and did not receive your reward, write to us and tell us roughly when it happened.

Advertising and privacy choices

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google’s consent form is shown when it is required.
You can reset your advertising ID, delete it, or opt out of ads personalisation in your Android device settings.

Progress and your local save

Your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings can remove it.
Android may back up eligible app data to your Google account under your own device settings. That backup is performed by Google and Android; we do not operate it and cannot restore it for you.
If your progress seems to be missing, restart the game and check that you are using the same device and Google account as before.

Basic troubleshooting

Update Munteva TD and Android to the latest version.
Close the game completely and open it again, or restart your device.
Check that you have an internet connection and enough free storage.
Before uninstalling the game, note that your progress is stored on your device and may not be recoverable afterwards.
