Nisabba: Lost Tablets

About this policy

Nisabba: Lost Tablets (the “game”) is a tablet-matching puzzle game for Android, developed and published by Anıl Erdoğan under the JARESTA brand. JARESTA is a studio and publisher brand, not a separate legal entity. Anıl Erdoğan is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what information the game and the services it uses may process, why, who else is involved and what choices you have. It is an information notice, not a request for your consent. Where the law requires consent, for example for personalised advertising, it is requested through the consent form that Google shows in the game.

Summary

  • The game is free to download.
  • The game has no user-account system and no backend or cloud-save service operated by us.
  • The game has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Excavation Dust is earned in the game, not sold.
  • Your campaign progress, Excavation Dust and Museum progress are stored together in a local save on your device.
  • The only ads are optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. The game has no banner ads and no forced full-screen ads.
  • The advertising software is part of the game: it starts, and Google’s consent tooling runs, when the game starts. After the applicable consent flow the software may communicate with Google over the internet, even if you never choose to watch an ad.
  • The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children.

Information stored on your device

The game stores your campaign progress, your Excavation Dust balance and your Museum progress together in a local save on your device. This information is not linked to your name or email address, because the game has no account system. The game does not upload this local save to us, and we do not operate a service that receives it.

Android backup

The game does not turn off Android’s platform backup (Android Automatic Backup). Depending on your device and your Google or Android backup configuration, Android may therefore back up eligible app data, such as the game’s local save, to your Google account and restore it on a new or reset device.

That backup is performed by Google and Android under your own device settings. It is not a cloud-save service of ours: the game itself does not upload or read the backup, and we do not operate it or receive it. You can manage it in your device’s backup settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to offer rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice. Rewarded ads are offered for Undo and Shuffle: once the free uses for an excavation are spent, the game offers a choice between spending Excavation Dust and watching one rewarded video.

Showing an ad is optional, but the Google Mobile Ads software is built into the game and is set up when the game starts. After the applicable consent flow, it may communicate with Google over the internet, for example to prepare ads, whether or not you later choose to watch one. For this the game needs internet access and network-state access, and it may use your device’s advertising ID.

Google may process information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and how you interact with ads, to deliver, measure and secure ads and, where permitted, to personalise them. Google acts under its own privacy policy.

Consent and advertising ID

When the game starts it sets up Google’s consent tooling (User Messaging Platform, UMP). Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Google’s consent form is shown, and your choice is stored on your device by that software. Google’s consent tooling may itself communicate with Google to find out whether a form is required.

You can reset your advertising ID, delete it, or opt out of ads personalisation in your Android device settings. If you delete the advertising ID, ads cannot use it.

Accounts, purchases and cloud services

  • The game does not create or require an account, and we do not operate an account system for it.
  • The game has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
  • We do not operate a backend or a cloud-save service for the game.
  • The game does not enable Firebase, Crashlytics or an application analytics service. Google Mobile Ads and Google’s consent tooling, described above, are separate and may communicate with Google.

Why we use information

  • to run the game and keep your progress on your device;
  • to show optional rewarded ads and give the rewards you choose;
  • to answer your support or privacy requests; and
  • to meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.

Service providers and their privacy information

These providers process information under their own policies. We have no control over their practices beyond how we configure the game.

How long information is kept

  • On your device: local information stays on your device until you uninstall the game or delete its data. If Android backup is on, copies may exist in that backup, which you and Google control.
  • On our side: we do not operate a server that stores your gameplay data, so we hold no gameplay data to keep or delete. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and as needed to meet legal obligations. We have not set a fixed period.
  • Service providers: Google keeps information according to its own policies and settings. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete information that Google holds independently of the game.

International processing

Our service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including outside Türkiye, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, under the safeguards and terms of each provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information about you, such as the right to know whether it is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent that you gave. These include rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Because the app has no accounts and we do not hold your gameplay data, we often cannot identify you from information held by service providers, and we may ask for details to verify a request. To make a request, write to support@jaresta.com. For information that a provider holds, you can also use the provider’s own privacy tools and contact options.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please write to support@jaresta.com and we will deal with it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, for example by keeping game data on your device and by using established providers for ads and, where applicable, purchases. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
