Who we are and what these terms cover

Nisabba: Lost Tablets (the “game”) is a tablet-matching puzzle game for Android, developed and published by Anıl Erdoğan under the JARESTA brand. JARESTA is a studio and publisher brand, not a separate legal entity. “We” and “us” mean Anıl Erdoğan.

By downloading, installing or using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Licence to use the game

The game is free to download. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on Android devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the applicable terms of the store or service you got the game from, such as Google Play’s terms. All rights not expressly given to you are reserved.

Gameplay and Excavation Dust

In each excavation you get one free Undo and one free Shuffle. Once these are used, you can spend Excavation Dust or voluntarily watch one rewarded video to use Undo or Shuffle again.

Excavation Dust is earned by playing. It is not sold in this game, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and we may adjust how it works to keep the game balanced or to fix problems. We may also change, add or remove puzzles and features.

Advertising

The game offers optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob for Undo and Shuffle. Watching them is always your choice. The game has no banner ads and no forced full-screen ads. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Information about how ads work is in our Privacy Policy.

No in-app purchases

This version of the game has no in-app purchases or subscriptions, and Excavation Dust cannot be bought. If that changes, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy before the change takes effect.

Availability and updates

We try to keep the game working, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features or the game, and some updates may be required to keep using the game.

Your progress, Excavation Dust and Museum progress are stored on your device. We cannot guarantee that they will be preserved, for example if you uninstall the game, reset or lose your device, or if data is damaged. Android may back up eligible app data under your own device settings, but we do not operate that backup and cannot guarantee it. Please keep that in mind before relying on it.

What you must not do

• copy, modify, reverse engineer or extract the code or content of the game, except where the law allows it;
• tamper with the game, its local data or its ads, or use cheats, automation or other means to gain Excavation Dust or rewards unfairly;
• interfere with the services the game uses, such as ads; or
• use the game unlawfully or in a way that harms others, or sell, rent or redistribute it.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, code, content and presentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Rights in third-party components, such as the game engine and Google’s advertising software, remain with their owners, and those components are used under their own licences.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of progress or data, or for the content and operation of third-party services such as ads or the app store. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights.

Ending use

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms, or if we discontinue the game. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability limits, will continue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply to your use, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms limits your right to bring a claim before the competent courts or consumer bodies under the law that applies to you.
